I have been fascinated by plyometric exercise since I started hearing about it about 10 years ago. Unfortunately, my joint problems mean that I’m not jumping too much, particularly onto boxes or around obstacles. I have a hard enough time not tripping when I’m just walking up a flight of stairs. But for those that are more active and looking for a way to up their game, jump training is a great way to gain more power.
